Delivery Schedule:
I am to ship all orders within the stipulated time frame agreed on or communicated upon receiving the order. For large orders this may not be possible and you will be informed of estimated delivery times based specifically on your order. A confirmation date will be agreed for delivery. Thank you for your patience.
Backorders:
There are no backorders. About 85%-90% of all flies are hand tied to order. If there is a delay because of special materials or a lack of materials, this would be a minor delay and will be communicated to you immediately. Should there be an extended wait, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you choose not to wait.
Credit Card Security:
I do not process your credit card directly. Your order is processed through PayPal which is a very secure transaction if you choose to pay with PayPal. I can accept payments through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Once your funds have been received for the order, PayPal notifies me of your order with the required shipping information you have provided. The your order will be shipped if needed. Otherwise payment upon delivery is expected unless other arrangements have been made.
Guarantee:
I guarantee your satisfaction. If you receive any defective fly pattern/order, would you please notify me immediately of what the problem is. I will make a replacement as soon as possible and ship to you once the defective pattern/order has been received.
